Welcome to my new blog for future clients, employers and intermediaries, including recruiters and former clients and bosses who can point me to my next job or consulting role. Here, you’ll find my resume, media placements, highlights of my consulting experience, and published work related to influence with integrity and mispriced risk. I also intend to publish case studies, proprietary research, podcast episodes, and opinion pieces inspired by my return to corporate work. To receive updates by email, subscribe.
In the meantime, below is my bio and a bit about my other four blogs.
Bio
After a 20-year career in corporate communications, I returned to freelance consulting and independent writing in 2016, focusing on what I call the radical frontier of innovation and discovery. Since then, my clients have included public and pre-IPO companies and nonprofits, and my service model encompasses brand definition, brand expression, stakeholder engagement, measurement and evaluation.
Before 2016, I held a senior client service position at a PR firm where my clients included asset managers and financial technology (FinTech) innovators. My client portfolio generated up to $2.4 million in annualized revenues.
Prior to that, I served as head of marketing and communications for an investment research firm, which I joined soon after the merger of three predecessor companies. I played a key role in post-merger integration and promoting the value of non-traditional investment ratings of more than 19,000 publicly traded entities worldwide. I also led three successful product launches and editorial coverage of company-specific news and trends in corporate governance and accounting practices. After the company’s acquisition, I helped one of its founders launch a new investment research and data visualization start up.
At the start of my career, I progressed to senior positions at global public relations (PR) firms and agencies specializing in life sciences and transportation. In addition to building teams and managing client portfolios, I led proprietary research focused on the evolution of sustainability accounting standards, and the mainstream adoption of responsible investing principles.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Yeshiva University, and later completed coursework in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.

My Blog Portfolio
Since January 1, 2023, I’ve been publishing and promoting four blogs. However, more than I want people to subscribe to my publications and support my work, I want them to:
Understand media
Maintain equilibrium at the intersection of matter and metaphor
Regard each other as human beings, and
Continually cultivate their responses to fractal falsehood.
Respectively, these four horizons of possibility have been the organizing themes of my blog portfolio: MISM, M2D, DaaS and BS”D. If you feel drawn to these horizons, click on the links and become a free subscriber.
